FlowBetrieb is a B2B software provider that offers a WhatsApp-based AI assistant for construction and trades. It simplifies and automates everyday workflows for craft- and construction firms with practical AI solutions that integrate with company systems (calendars, email, trade software). The WhatsApp AI employee lets staff share or retrieve information, ask project questions, hand over tasks, or report via voice messages; the solution routes data to back office, project teams, or management. Its construction-reporting AI ensures daily reports, protocols and documentation are complete, correct and timely by reminding employees via WhatsApp, enforcing mandatory fields, and correctly storing data—reducing errors, administrative stress, and improving site and project oversight.
