📋 Description

• Support the end-to-end build and delivery of Form3’s Canadian RTR payment gateway alongside the Product Manager • Understand and analyse payment scheme, product and business requirements • Translate requirements into clear and actionable requirements • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional and non-functional specifications • Analyse the impact of product changes and enhancements and document requirements to support delivery • Use data and analysis to provide insights and support informed product decisions • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering and the wider business throughout the product development lifecycle • Build deep knowledge of the Canadian payments ecosystem and serve as a trusted source of payments expertise • Own key Business Analyst activities and deliverables from requirements through successful product delivery • Participate in the screening call, team interview, Zoom interview and executive review interview process

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working as a Business Analyst within payments, banking or FinTech • Strong knowledge of the Canadian payments ecosystem and infrastructure, ideally including experience with Interac e-Transfer or other Canadian payment rails • Experience translating complex business, product or payment scheme requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications • Strong technical understanding of APIs, cloud technologies and modern system architectures • Ability to translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and collaborate effectively with Engineering teams • Good understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience supporting products from requirements through to delivery • Strong analytical skills, including experience using data to support decision-making • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Ability to make complex payment concepts clear and actionable • Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment
