📋 Description

• Support the end-to-end build and delivery of Form3’s Canadian Real-Time Rail (RTR) payment gateway • Work closely with the Product Manager • Understand and analyse payment scheme, product and business requirements • Translate requirements into clear, actionable requirements • Create user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional and non-functional specifications • Analyse the impact of product changes and enhancements • Document requirements to support delivery • Use data and analysis to provide insights and support informed product decisions • Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Engineering and the wider business throughout the product development lifecycle • Build deep knowledge of the Canadian payments ecosystem and serve as a trusted source of payments expertise • Own key Business Analyst activities and deliverables from requirements through successful product delivery • Participate in a four-stage interview process involving the Talent Team, Senior Business Analyst, Senior Product Manager, Heads of Product and Chief Product Officer

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working as a Business Analyst within payments, banking or FinTech • Strong knowledge of the Canadian payments ecosystem and infrastructure, ideally including Interac e-Transfer or other Canadian payment rails • Experience translating complex business, product or payment scheme requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and functional specifications • Strong technical understanding of APIs, cloud technologies and modern system architectures • Understanding of the product development lifecycle and experience supporting products from requirements through to delivery • Strong analytical skills, including experience using data to support decision-making • Stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to make complex payment concepts clear and actionable • Ability to work autonomously, take ownership and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment • Candidates must be based in Ontario, Canada • Previous RTR experience is not expected • Knowledge of the wider North American payments landscape, including FedNow or RTP, is desirable • Knowledge or experience of real-time or instant payments is desirable • Broader knowledge of payment schemes, payment infrastructure and how financial institutions move money is desirable
