• Key focus is to engage customers with the various Formica market team: including the A&D Specialist(s), Inside Sales and external Distributor market teams including the OS reps and A&D reps for profitable growth in revenue and volume • Ability to identify market opportunities, develop and execute company’s sales strategy target account process with accounts handled through both distribution and direct Formica accounts • Lead role is in target account process: identification, development—creating a value proposition for Formica—and closing • ID and understand the transactional side of business at the distributor level for better planning. • Enhance the partnership and relationship with the territory distributors to facilitate project tracking, execution of initiatives/promotions, and distributor sales force coaching
• Undergraduate degree from an accredited university with a focus in Business preferred • Knowledge of the strategic selling process and bidding phases, sales negotiation skills, demonstrated customer aptitude, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • 3+ years related sales experience • Some overnight travel is required.
