📋 Description

• Create brand awareness, increase sales, and grow the business by leveraging client relationships within a defined territory • Support the broker/dealer community, focusing on cross-channel advisors in Milwaukee, Green Bay, and the east coast of Wisconsin • Increase Franklin Templeton assets under management by attracting new assets and retaining existing assets • Anticipate and address clients’ investment needs • Advise clients on how Franklin Templeton’s investment capabilities can grow their business and meet their needs • Demonstrate how products complement clients’ business needs, including tailored portfolio construction services and custom solutions • Enhance Franklin Templeton’s market position as an industry expert • Educate peers and represent Franklin Templeton at events and activities • Shape sales approaches to changing market conditions and evolving client needs • Develop and execute territory business plans, prospecting strategies, and contact strategies • Use industry and competitive data to achieve sales goals • Manage expenses against the annual territory travel and entertainment budget • Maximize internal networks and external centers of influence to deepen client relationships • Tailor best-practice ideas, education, and consultation to strengthen and expand client relationships • Advise on and position Franklin Templeton products using competitor-product knowledge • Draw upon portfolio managers’ perspectives and product details to recommend appropriate solutions • Lead and direct sales efforts with internal partners to achieve sales targets • Maintain and grow partnerships and teamwork through collaboration and mentoring

🎯 Requirements

• Typically has 8 to 12 years related sales experience • Series 7 and 63 required • CIMA and/or CFA desired • Extensive knowledge of investment strategies and their macroeconomic underpinnings • Understanding of how to address the special needs of private wealth managers • Experience working with investment vehicles and strategies such as SMAs, ETFs, and Alternatives • Experience working with platforms such as RPM and UMA • Ideal candidates will be located in the greater Milwaukee area
