📋 Description

• Work closely with the executive team and business leaders to develop Fresenius Medical Care's organizational strategy • Articulate strategy to enable company growth in core and adjacent markets • Plan, manage, and control activities of managers and analysts providing business intelligence and strategic planning support • Lead initiatives analyzing complex business problems using internal and external data • Develop senior relationships across the company and partner with business leaders and functions on strategies and business-critical analysis • Develop strategic and business plans for service lines and integrate them into the strategic planning process • Develop and present business plans to senior executives • Advise business leaders with data-based strategic direction on business issues and opportunities • Identify, analyze, and prioritize actionable growth opportunities and new services • Lead cross-functional teams in solving complex issues and drive implementation of high-impact projects • Develop long-term strategic planning processes incorporating trend analysis, scenario development, and executive strategy off-sites • Develop frameworks, processes, and tools to enable field-level market strategies and drive adoption • Facilitate prioritization and selection of new investment opportunities • Increase organizational strategy capabilities by advising leaders and sharing best practices, tools, and frameworks • Prepare and assist with strategy off-sites • Manage subordinate or departmental managers and predominantly exempt staff • Travel approximately 20%

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree; Advanced Degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 10+ years' related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience • 5+ years' experience as a Manager; or 5+ years' experience in a senior managerial role • MBA preferred • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred • Experience in Management Consulting strongly preferred • Track record of success in identifying opportunities that have quantifiable and measurable success in business value creation within a mature market • Ability to identify and recognize growth opportunities beyond the surface • Ability to frame an ambiguous problem/opportunity and identify critical pieces most consequential for an opportunity • Strong business acumen and business intuition • Demonstrated ability to structure and lead projects with cross-functional teams, leveraging cross-functional expertise while exercising influence without formal power • Ability to communicate to executives with presence, passion and credibility • Demonstrated ability to practically execute strategy and translate ideas through development process to execution • Ability to implement opportunities given organizational constraints • Must comply with applicable work authorization and drug-free workplace requirements
