• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance and performance improvement (QAPI) programs • Oversee clinical outcomes and coordinate quality initiatives • Ensure adherence to regulations and drive continuous improvement in patient safety and clinical quality performance • Lead or participate in clinic QAPI programs aligned with CMS, state, and organizational standards • Develop and implement action plans addressing deficiencies and improving care delivery • Conduct regular audits and quality reviews for compliance with clinical policies and procedures • Facilitate staff education and training on quality improvement, patient safety, and best practices • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership on evidence-based clinical initiatives • Prepare and present quality reports to clinic leadership and governing bodies • Ensure accurate documentation, data collection, and reporting for internal and external stakeholders • Promote accountability, safety, and continuous improvement within clinics • Manage execution and achievement of Quality KPIs and clinical initiatives within assigned areas • Travel between assigned facilities and various community locations • Perform other related duties as assigned
• Registered Nurse required • BSN or bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred, or equivalent experience • Certification in Nephrology Nursing or quality preferred • 3+ years of dialysis experience required • 2+ years’ experience in a leadership role • Strong organizational, critical thinking, and customer service skills • Demonstrated leadership competencies and adaptability to changes in priorities • Ability to work collaboratively with team members and gain support and input during quality improvement activities • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to analyze and propose alternate solutions and assist in resolving sensitive to complex issues • Must reside in the Colorado/New Mexico Region • Ability to work remotely from a home location in the United States • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 60%-80% between assigned facilities and community locations; regional, division, and corporate meeting travel may also be required
