• Provide strategic and operational leadership for the Ohio PASRR Program • Oversee program operations and ensure contractual compliance • Maintain partnerships with state stakeholders • Serve as the primary point of contact for the state client • Lead program initiatives and manage escalations • Monitor performance and drive continuous process improvements • Supervise program staff • Collaborate with internal teams • Manage reporting, documentation, and communication processes • Monitor assigned unit staff activities, schedules, productivity, and work products • Review clinical documentation, including pending denials, in real time • Collect quality assurance information • Disseminate policy and protocol changes and ensure implementation • Lead regular team meetings and act as point person for assigned staff • Conduct scheduled and random post-assessment home visits • Promote project image and goals through public speaking and local professional presentations • Manage financial review, client management, and service-level delivery expectations • Meet annual performance criteria and bonus-template standards • Perform other duties assigned by management
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum of 2 years of management experience • Minimum of 3 years of experience in human services • Experience administering or coordinating PASRR Level II programs • Experience with financial forecasting and profit & loss (P&L) management • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including data management and analysis • Reliable high-speed internet service • Minimum 20 Mbps download speed/50 Mbps for shared internet connectivity • Minimum 5 Mbps upload speed • Private and secure workspace • Active LMFT, LMSW, LPC, LCSW, or MSN licensure preferred
