📋 Description

• Directly supervise, coach, hire, onboard, and develop the non-clinician care team • Set performance expectations, quality standards, and productivity targets • Build a positive, accountable, high-performing remote team culture and serve as the primary escalation point during operating hours • Own clinician scheduling and coverage planning across a 24x7x365 operation • Manage PTO, shift swaps, coverage gaps, real-time staffing decisions, and surge coverage • Own real-time patient queue management across visit types to meet SLAs • Drive throughput by reducing wait times, optimizing case distribution, and clearing backlogs • Identify bottlenecks and implement process and AI-driven improvements • Champion responsible integration of AI tools into operational and care-team workflows • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science on tooling and automation • Develop, monitor, and report clinic operations KPIs • Staff to demand within budget and steward labor and operational costs • Collaborate with the Medical Director, clinical leadership, Business Operations, People Operations, and Provider Operations • Support credentialing/licensing, on-time starts, and high-touch onboarding • Build relationships with clinicians to support satisfaction and retention

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • 5-7 years of experience in clinical or healthcare operations, including direct experience running day-to-day operations of a clinic or medical group • 3+ years of people leadership experience directly supervising non-clinician staff • Demonstrated ownership of clinician scheduling/coverage and/or real-time queue and throughput management • Proven track record of improving operational KPIs such as SLA attainment, throughput, and utilization • Comfort and enthusiasm working in AI-forward workflows • Demonstrated ability to use AI tools to improve personal and team efficiency • Comfort working in a 24x7x365 care delivery operation, including outside traditional business hours when required • Demonstrated success leading in a fully remote environment and collaborating cross-functionally • Master’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field preferred • Experience in telehealth, virtual care, or digital health preferred • Experience in high-growth, rapidly scaling organizations preferred • Experience with workforce management and scheduling tools preferred • Hands-on experience deploying AI tools or automation to improve operational workflows preferred
