📋 Description

• Attend meetings with the partner team to gather and analyze relevant information about the assigned content in order to prepare test plans • Define and maintain appropriate test plans according to project specifications • Coordinate and monitor the completion of test suites in line with deliverables • Create, maintain, and present dashboards displaying product quality KPIs • Regularly track the progress of reported bugs and update test-related documentation • Identify, collect, and analyze test data to prepare progress reports • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the player experience • Improve the optimization of quality assurance practices on the project, including tools and methods • Engage team members and raise awareness of the importance of product quality • Influence the scope, direction, and testing approach required for the project • Support the Quality Assurance Lead with project management tasks, when required • Participate in the execution of test suites, as needed

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma or a combination of relevant education in computer science, multimedia, web development, video game development, or a related field • Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in the video game industry • Experience working on a mobile game project is a strong asset • Good knowledge of Jira • Knowledge of data analysis tools • Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken • English-language proficiency is required, as the role involves collaborating with English-speaking partners • Availability to travel internationally, as needed • Passion for video games • Ability to work within a multidisciplinary team • Excellent synthesis, analytical, and problem-solving skills • Strong time-management skills and ability to meet production deadlines • Excellent critical-thinking skills and willingness to challenge assumptions • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Initiative and flexibility • Creativity, thoroughness, attention to detail, and strong observational skills • Technical curiosity and eagerness to learn
