📋 Description

• Answer calls in a professional manner. • Prepare to take notes during calls. • Ensure accurate and complete interpretation without adding or omitting messages. • Provide high-level customer service during interpreting. • Communicate and report to team leader.

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English. • Ability to interpret in the healthcare and medical industry. • Compliance with the Interpreter's code of conduct. • Eager to obtain new professional certifications. • Technical compliance: wired internet, specific computer system requirements, noise cancelling headset.
