📋 Description

• Set the venture's direction and lead execution • Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning • Lead pilots with ecommerce sellers, convert them to paid engagements, and build the go-to-market motion • Partner with the FutureSight product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate on user feedback • Lead the seed raise, supported by FutureSight's network and traction • Recruit and lead the founding team and establish the company's cultural foundation • Co-create the venture with FutureSight's cross-functional studio team

🎯 Requirements

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company • Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market, including sales and customer engagement • Fundraising fluency, including developing investor narratives and closing capital • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company • Direct ecommerce experience: operating a multi-channel business, selling software into this market, or building tools for ecommerce sellers at scale • Network within the ecommerce seller community, including Amazon sellers, Shopify operators, and 3PL partners • Resume, LinkedIn profile, and a brief note explaining why the venture aligns with the applicant's goals as a founder
