📋 Description

• Set the venture's direction and lead execution • Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning • Lead pilot placements with design-partner companies • Convert pilot placements into paid retained relationships • Build the go-to-market motion • Partner with FutureSight's product and engineering team to ship V1 and iterate on user feedback • Lead the seed fundraising round with FutureSight's network and traction • Recruit and lead the founding team • Establish the company's cultural foundation

🎯 Requirements

• Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company • Demonstrated success in B2B AI or B2B SaaS go-to-market • Consultative, relationship-driven sales and customer engagement experience • Fundraising fluency, including developing investor narratives and closing capital • Proven ability to attract, develop, and retain top talent • Clear-eyed understanding of the risks and demands of co-founding a venture-backed company • Deep domain expertise in recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition as a builder-operator or agency leader • Resume, LinkedIn profile, and brief note explaining why the venture aligns with the applicant's goals as a founder
