📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end candidate communication throughout the recruitment, relocation, and settlement journey, ensuring timely follow-up, clear guidance, and a positive candidate experience. • Manage candidate applications, track pipeline progression, and maintain accurate recruitment data to support hiring decisions and workforce planning. • Schedule and manage interviews across multiple time zones while aligning candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to support an efficient hiring process. • Liaise with internal and external partners to support candidate relocation, settlement, and successful transition to living and working in Canada. • Develop and maintain clear recruitment workflows, internal guides, candidate resources, and operational documentation to support consistency and efficiency across talent acquisition activities. • Identify opportunities for process improvement, stronger organization, and operational efficiency to enhance team performance and candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Human Resources, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. • 3–5 years of experience in supporting domestic and international recruitment processes, including relocation, settlement, onboarding, immigration, licensure, credential validation, or other complex hiring pathways is considered a strong asset. • Experience in talent acquisition operations, recruitment coordination, HR operations, project support, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment. • Experience developing process documentation, SOPs, workflows, and operational guides to improve efficiency, consistency, and candidate experience. • Strong proficiency in recruitment systems and operational tools such as Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Comfortable navigating, implementing, and improving recruitment technologies, tracking systems, reporting tools, and process workflows to support operational excellence. • Strong writing, documentation, and presentation skills, with the ability to create clear resources and confidently lead webinars, information sessions, and candidate-facing presentations.
