FYIsoft is a provider of cloud-based financial reporting, budgeting, and consolidation software that automates the creation, distribution, and analysis of financial statements from ERP systems. Its ConnectFYI integration extracts and standardizes general ledger data from multiple ERPs (Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite, Sage, Epicor, Infor, etc. ) to support multi-entity reporting, consolidations, and reporting automation. FYIsoft also offers an AI financial analyst feature (Telli) for insight generation and anomaly detection, targeting controllers, CFOs, and FP&A teams to reduce manual reporting work and accelerate the close process.

📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day accounts receivable operations, including invoicing, collections, and cash application • Manage accounts payable operations, including vendor invoice processing, approvals, and payment runs • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting and close processes • Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and supporting schedules • Ensure financial reporting is accurate, timely, and compliant with GAAP • Partner with FP&A and leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis • Maintain and optimize ERP and FP&A applications for accounting workflows • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline AR/AP and reporting processes • Support internal and external audits with organized documentation and clear process explanations • Communicate financial results and issues clearly to finance and non-finance stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required) • Minimum 5 years of professional accounting experience • Direct experience managing accounts receivable and accounts payable functions • Strong financial reporting experience, including month-end/period close • Hands-on experience using FP&A applications and ERP systems • Comfort adopting AI-powered and automated accounting tools • Strong analytical skills, including interpreting financial data and identifying trends or discrepancies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to explain financial information to non-accountants • Solid working knowledge of GAAP • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills • Experience in a SaaS, software, or technology company (preferred) • Experience with NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, Sage Intacct, Acumatica, or QuickBooks (preferred) • Prior people-management or team-lead experience (preferred)
