📋 Description

• Own frontline customer support across chat, email, and video • Resolve customer issues end-to-end with minimal hand-holding • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues • Escalate issues to Product Engineering when genuinely needed • Identify patterns in customer issues and turn them into process improvements • Create knowledge base content and actionable insights for the wider team • Connect Support, Sales, Product, and Customer Success • Contribute to tooling decisions, workflow design, and team playbooks • Manage time, priorities, and output independently • Proactively refine support processes and help scale support • Communicate proactively with the remote team and flag issues early

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product or technical support within a B2B SaaS environment • Strong troubleshooting skills • Currently using AI in your workflow, with knowledge of its usefulness and limits • Human-in-the-loop mindset for customer-facing or escalation-critical work • Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Intercom, Jira, and Linear • Curious, coachable, and driven to exceed goals • Startup-ready: adaptable, fast-moving, and hands-on • Genuine opinion and interest in AI and the future of work • Must be based in Chicago • Must submit a CV, LinkedIn Profile URL, and resume/application materials
