📋 Description

• Lead planning, design, and recommendation of business processes to improve and support key business areas • Facilitate analysis and documentation of client business requirements and processes • Construct detailed business process models and workflows • Own requirement and design documentation, ensuring alignment with project objectives and stakeholder expectations • Lead client meetings to validate requirements, identify gaps, and propose actionable solutions • Oversee and coordinate business analyst tasks across multiple information technology projects • Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced business analysts • Develop comprehensive time estimates for project-related activities, including training development and business process modeling • Design and implement methods to evaluate alignment between business goals, organizational needs, and project objectives • Publish business process models to centralized Knowledge Exchange repositories and oversee documentation standards • Collaborate with clients, contractors, and site training managers to assess training needs, audience segmentation, and delivery schedules • Coordinate and support provider and operational staff training using train-the-trainer or direct delivery methods • Manage development of training materials, including eLearning videos, job aids, and desk-level procedures, to support go-live and operational readiness

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • 9+ years of business analysis experience • Proven experience in analyzing and designing business processes and workflows • Strong understanding of CMS, MITA concepts, and healthcare operations, particularly in Medicaid environments • Expertise in relational database concepts and system integration methodologies • Proficiency in training methodologies, including Learning Management Systems and eLearning content development • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills • Advanced leadership and project coordination skills • Strong analytical and presentation capabilities • Willingness to travel based on project needs • Fully remote options from Contiguous US locations only • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and during the initial week of orientation • Photo will be taken for verification in all steps of the recruitment process
