📋 Description

• Manage client relationships and ensure service delivery objectives are met • Collaborate with account teams to forecast demand and support resource planning • Partner with operational teams to plan projects and workload requirements • Monitor account budgets and ensure compliance with financial policies • Drive service improvements to enhance client satisfaction and delivery outcomes • Support implementation of new services, solutions, and business initiatives • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to less experienced team members

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience • Nine (9) or more years of support services, project management, program management, account management, or related experience • Experience within the technology industry preferred • Experience supporting technology products, services, or operating environments preferred • Project and program management skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Leadership and organizational capabilities • Experience managing budgets and contractual obligations • Relationship-building and stakeholder management skills • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Remote opportunity to work anywhere within the United States • Travel may be required based on business needs • Occasional work outside normal business hours as business needs dictate
