📋 Description
• Responsible for engagement of several clients, including a top 10 client • Managing client contracts and relationships while ensuring operations meet commitments • Revenue-generating activities and upselling new services to existing clients • Overseeing budget and revenue expectations for assigned clients • Preparing project approaches and implementation plans • Monitoring state legislative, regulatory, and competitive environment for risks and opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• Without bachelor’s degree, 7 + years relevant work experience in Health insurance, Client service/business to business, or Healthcare policy • With Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of relevant experience • Experience in large client management • Industry experience with a high level of compliance (e.g., Finance)
