• 10+ years of experience in K–12 education, edtech, or adjacent sectors. • Naturally curious and desire to become a subject matter expert. • Ability to build and sustain relationships with key executives in state government. • Experience in personally owning and exceeding multi-million-dollar revenue goals. • Selling experience to State Education Agencies or similar. • Experience in coalition building across segments. • Understanding state procurement cycles and funding structures. • Strong track record of building executive relationships and closing deals. • Highly self-directed and strategic in a quota-carrying role. • Commitment to improving student outcomes and advancing equity in education.
