📋 Description

• Lead product strategy for Medicaid claims-related domains • Translate member, provider, benefits, clinical, and finance needs into product outcomes and domain roadmaps • Shape transformation of core adjudication capabilities and define platform opportunities and investment priorities • Develop understanding of Medicaid operations, claims workflows, regulatory and policy context, client pain points, market dynamics, and ecosystem shifts • Use product discovery, customer research, workflow analysis, data, and experimentation to validate problems and prioritize opportunities • Partner with engineering, architecture, design, operations, implementation, sales, and client-facing teams • Frame domain and platform decisions, evaluate tradeoffs, and present recommendations with product economics and business impact • Create and evangelize product narratives for executives, delivery teams, and stakeholders • Define success measures and evaluate adoption, operational impact, user experience, and product performance • Identify product opportunities in Medicaid claims and adjacent domains through modernization, workflow redesign, automation, data, and interoperability • Coach and influence product managers and cross-functional partners

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in Product Management, Software Development, Consulting, Technical Support, Business Analysis, and Data Analysis • Proven ability to drive product strategy, innovation, and business outcomes • Deep expertise in Product Systems Design, Customization Strategies, and Integrating Software and Technology Solutions • Strong understanding of Technology Architecture, Mainframe Environments, Scheduling Software, and Related Enterprise Technologies • Experience translating business, technical, and data requirements into scalable product solutions • Experience with software development tools, methodologies, and best practices • Strengths in Product Development Methodologies, Strategic Planning, Analytical Problem Solving, Decision Making, and Prioritizing Initiatives in Complex Environments • Experience with AI Product use cases, solution design, and artificial intelligence technologies is preferred • Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and travel as required • Video cameras must be used during all interviews and the initial week of orientation
