📋 Description

• Oversee Phoenix, AZ territory to build awareness of online academic programs and drive inquiry generation • Identify and implement event/activity plans for territory • Shape high impact partnerships and execute through informational presentations, calls and emails • Provide counseling to prospective students, their families and partners in-person, over the phone or via email • Support prospective students through the admissions process and guide them toward successful online learning experience • Work independently with ambitious targets and use critical thinking to meet goals • Travel extensively within territory and attend events (evenings/weekends as needed)

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in or near Phoenix, AZ • New hire training will be held in-person at our Phoenix, AZ campus • 3+ years of demonstrated success in outside business development, consultative sales or account management • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Outstanding time management skills • Clear communication skills (in person, in writing and on the phone) • Well developed listening skills • Self-motivation and drive to succeed • High emotional intelligence and ability to demonstrate empathy • A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and a flexible schedule • Ability to travel extensively in territory; some events might require evening and/or weekend availability • Computer literacy; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required • Bonus points for relevant industry related professional experience • Bonus points for experience working with CRM tools
