📋 Description

• Manage complex ERP deployments • Ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization • Leverage ERP expertise and project management best practices to meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards • Take initiative, drive decisions, and address challenges during implementations • Facilitate organizational change for user adoption • Provide on-site training and support • Establish and implement project management processes and methodologies for the IT community • Manage technical and non-technical aspects of projects • Plan, schedule, and ensure timely project completion • Assemble IT project teams and manage resource allocation and day-to-day project operations • Serve as liaison between team members and management regarding IT projects • Incorporate quality measures and standards into project deliverables

🎯 Requirements

• Associate's Degree and 8-10 years' experience OR equivalent combination of relevant education and/or experience • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Strong knowledge of information technology • Knowledge of change management • Knowledge of fit/gap analysis • Knowledge of project administration and project controls • Knowledge of project documentation and project implementation • Knowledge of project lifecycle management (PLM) • Knowledge of project planning, scheduling, scoping, and scope management • Knowledge of stakeholder management and technical project management • Knowledge of budgetary controls • Knowledge of project management software • Experience in SAP, Oracle and/or IFS ERP systems • Project management certifications (i.e., PMP, CSM, PSM, etc.) • Aerospace and defense industry experience a plus • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at a desk and/or computer for extended periods of time • Work primarily in a climate-controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential
