📋 Description

• Be responsible for on-time project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. • Assist Project Director in organizing project cost structure in Oracle ERP. • Participate in customer, internal, and/or supplier project kickoff meetings and support the Project Director with preparation & coordination of customer, internal, and/or supplier kickoff meetings. • Develop and maintain a project roster including assigning and monitoring timely completion of project related training activities. • Develop and issue the Project Management Plan and related project plans and project procedures; facilitate the implementation of project plans and project procedures across the larger project team. • Support the development and deployment of project infrastructure and project tools. • Ensure compliance with U.S. export control and other requirements as applicable. • Support coordination of project activities; monitor and control progress on project deliverables. • Organize and archive project correspondence and records consistent with Project Configuration Management Plan. • Lead, draft, and issue project management meeting notes, action item lists, and project progress reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. • Minimum 4 years of professional experience in project management, engineering, or business. • OR High school diploma / GED. Minimum 8 years of professional experience in project management, engineering, or business. • Eligibility Requirements: Access to U.S. export-controlled information. • Experience or familiarity with Boiling Water Reactor (BWR) or Sodium Fast Reactor (SFR) designs is highly desired. • Training development or training program experience is highly desired. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.) • Strong process orientation in approach to work.
