⢠Support and improve quality control systems and processes used in manufacturing inspection, defect tracking, nonconformance management, and process compliance ⢠Partner with Manufacturing Quality and Operations teams to align quality system outputs with shop floor execution and production requirements ⢠Analyze manufacturing quality data to identify defect trends, recurring issues, process variation, escape risks, and first-pass yield improvement opportunities ⢠Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and visual management tools for manufacturing quality metrics ⢠Drive visibility to production-impacting quality issues and support containment, corrective action, and recovery prioritization ⢠Support root cause problem solving with data analysis, trend insights, and systems-based visibility ⢠Improve data integrity, reporting consistency, and system discipline across manufacturing quality workflows ⢠Partner with inspectors, quality engineers, operations leaders, and manufacturing teams to improve quality-system usability and adoption ⢠Support process audits, layered reviews, compliance checks, and standard work adherence ⢠Support inspection planning, defect documentation, nonconformance tracking, and escalation workflows ⢠Participate in implementation, testing, validation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing quality tools and digital processes ⢠Drive improvements that strengthen process control, reduce defects, improve flow, and enhance responsiveness ⢠Provide leadership and guidance in cross-functional discussions on manufacturing quality systems, reporting, and process improvement
⢠Active Military personnel on their last 180 days of Military service ⢠Significant experience in manufacturing quality, quality systems, quality control, operations analytics, or related roles ⢠Experience in a manufacturing environment supporting inspection, defect reduction, or nonconformance management ⢠Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills ⢠Experience with quality data, reporting tools, and business systems ⢠Ability to work effectively across Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Operations teams ⢠U.S. Person status required to access U.S. export-controlled information: U.S. lawful permanent resident, U.S. Citizen, or asylee/refugee protected individual ⢠Legally authorized to work in the United States ⢠Preferred: experience with inspection, process control, nonconformance tracking, corrective actions, root cause analysis, first-pass yield improvement, lean principles, daily management, standard work, continuous improvement, digital tool enhancements, and manufacturing quality metrics
