📋 Description

• Provide clinical and technical leadership to customers by presenting the advanced features, applications, and technologies of ultrasound systems • Guide users in adopting and optimizing equipment, advanced software, artificial intelligence features, and workflow enhancement tools • Deliver user training in general imaging, women’s health, musculoskeletal, interventional, and other clinical applications • Participate in system installations and commissioning at customer sites • Conduct product demonstrations and training at conferences, trade shows, and scientific events • Support the sales team with commercial, marketing, and customer experience strategies • Increase customer satisfaction and retention through ongoing support and equipment-use optimization • Gather feedback and identify customer needs • Collaborate with team members and product specialists to maintain clinical, technical, and technological expertise • Complete reports and administrative tasks related to training, demonstrations, installations, and post-sales support activities • Provide technical and clinical leadership to customers throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle • Monitor customer installations and support post-sale customer relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent; current membership in a Canadian ultrasound professional association, in Quebec (OTIMROEPMQ) or elsewhere in Canada • Experience in ultrasound imaging within a diagnostic clinical environment, preferably in a hospital or multidisciplinary clinical setting • Willingness to travel frequently throughout Canada, including overnight stays of several nights • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends as needed • Fluently bilingual in English and French • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Teams • Ability to teach and train effectively and in an organized manner • Excellent presentation and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical thinking and troubleshooting abilities • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Valid driver’s license and passport • Must be located in the province of Quebec and near a metropolitan international airport • Preferred qualifications: experience in teaching hospitals or research centers; knowledge of GE HealthCare Ultrasound products; advanced certifications in cardiac, vascular, or breast ultrasound; experience with 3D/4D, elastography, contrast-enhanced ultrasound, and fusion imaging technologies; adult education and group presentation experience
