📋 Description

• Lead customer site and workflow assessments. • Facilitate the design and deployment phases of BD medication management solutions. • Provide team support and product, clinical, and technical expertise. • Manage customer stakeholder teams, build consensus, and ensure clear, consistent communications. • Facilitate conference calls and customer meetings with project managers and BD and customer teams. • Build trusted relationships with customers. • Resolve issues, troubleshoot, and provide guidance on systems and best practices. • Install, validate, and train end users on BD technologies, including software and hardware. • Maintain documentation related to customer projects, expenses, compliance, and reporting.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in a relevant field (business administration, science, health sciences, or a related field). • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a medical device or healthcare environment, with both clinical and technical responsibilities. • Hands-on experience with Pyxis MedStation ES automated medication dispensing systems. • Licensed pharmacist (RPh), Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) in Canada, or equivalent qualification. • Fluency in French and English (reading, writing, and speaking). • Strong communication, consulting, and learning skills. • Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver complex projects. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with flexibility and adaptability. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and OneNote) and CRM tools. • Ability to physically lift at least 40 lbs. as required. • Must hold and maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no major violations for at least 3 years. • Must be able to travel to the United States for training within the first six months of employment and periodically thereafter.
