📋 Description

• Provide timely, accurate, and efficient information and emergency travel assistance to clients • Support travelers facing medical emergencies and unexpected situations worldwide • Open medical cases and collaborate with Case Management and Claims teams • Verify information, secure approvals for medical services, and facilitate invasive or investigative procedures • Provide referrals to medical providers and support cost containment through provider networks • Manage billing arrangements with medical providers • Handle incoming and outgoing calls to update cases and implement action plans • Explain policy coverage and limitations to clients • Assist clients with online resources for content and claim submissions • Aid with language translation • Ensure client confidentiality and comply with Canadian privacy legislation • Use AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools in accordance with data governance, security, and ethical standards

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education • Minimum of 6–12 months’ experience in a customer service role • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Professional and articulate phone manner • Initiative and independent judgment in resolving customer issues • Fluency in French (reading, writing, and speaking) is required • Ability to work in a dynamic, 24/7 environment • Ability to use AI, machine learning, data analytics, and cloud-based tools responsibly • Knowledge of Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act and client confidentiality requirements
