📋 Description

• Primarily support clients in the inbound call queue • Build trust and strong client relationships • Determine individual investment needs • Provide professional advice to help clients meet their financial goals • Support clients with portfolio reviews, onboarding, account access, contributions, and withdrawals • Fulfill sales and service activities in accordance with approved procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of four (4) years of relevant industry experience, OR a post-secondary degree or diploma • Completed the core proficiency components for IR licensing, including Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct & Practices Handbook Course (CPH) or Canadian Investment Regulatory Exam (CIRE) • Familiarity with common wealth management strategies and their relative strengths and weaknesses • Excellent communication, time management, and listening skills • Bilingualism in French and English is a strong asset
