📋 Description

• Manage assigned patient reimbursement and coordination cases for the NavieGo branch • Serve as the single point of contact for assigned healthcare providers • Facilitate the entire patient treatment journey and communication among involved parties • Coordinate prescription drug coverage and reimbursement through insurance companies and public funding programs • Complete and submit documents and paperwork accurately and on time • Coordinate with insurance companies, physicians’ offices, and healthcare professionals • Coordinate clinic appointments and medication deliveries within required timelines • Support and guide patients and healthcare providers throughout the reimbursement process • Build trusting relationships with patients and healthcare providers • Apply best practices to maximize patient access to drug coverage • Coordinate pharmacy processes after funding is obtained • Apply knowledge of public and private funding systems • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline reimbursement processes and improve efficiency • Enhance the patient experience and satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Post-secondary education or equivalent experience • Qualified Registered Nurse, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Practical Nurse with a valid license • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer/client service and health care reimbursement • Prior oncology experience preferred • Experience in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or insurance industry is an asset • Bilingualism (French and English) required • English proficiency required • Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information • Strong proficiency in Microsoft and Google applications, including Google apps, Word, and Excel • Ability to work rotating shifts Monday through Friday, covering 8 AM to 8 PM • Ability to organize schedules, prioritize, multitask, and meet competing deadlines • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
