📋 Description

• Develop proposals (ITO) • Deliver OTR projects • Deliver internal equipment • Deliver NPI projects • Deliver projects in Outage Services focused on refuel floor and under-vessel servicing • Manage project financial performance, including cost control and margin delivery • Manage project schedule performance and internal and supplier/vendor deliverables • Drive standard GVH processes and ensure procedural compliance • Lead production of high-quality deliverables according to customer requirements, business procedures, and regulatory guidelines • Support new product and service introductions, outage work productivity and quality improvement, and new business growth • Interact with senior-level customers and GVH suppliers on commercial, technical, and compliance issues • Contribute to long-term planning and overall business strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited university or college OR High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 6 years of experience related to reactor maintenance activities • Minimum of 3 years of project management experience • Ability and willingness to work under high stress conditions • Ability and willingness to pass Fitness for Duty requirements and site security requirements to obtain and maintain unescorted access • Ability and willingness to work in radiation-controlled areas and radioactively contaminated areas • Ability and willingness to travel to plant sites as required • Excellent computer skills with the ability to use MS Office Suite software and Enterprise systems, including P6, PLM, and Oracle • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Knowledge of BWR vessels and components and reactor services tooling • Knowledge of nuclear power plant refueling, maintenance, inspection, and under-vessel activities • Experience working with global customers and multicultural project teams • Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable • Subject to heightened security checks for work involving client critical infrastructure
