📋 Description

• Manage complex outage event preparation from start to finish, including outage schedule development, labor/tooling/cost planning, customer management, mobilization planning, JCE execution, and event close out • Own onsite execution as site lead with large teams during assigned outages, ensuring Fulfilment-5 goals and requirements are met • Manage job cost tracking, productivity, execution risk/FMEA, and NU/Service warranty • Improve on-time delivery, outage cost and productivity; maintain accurate tracking files and control man-hour cost and pacing • Lead project quotation development, including work scope, site condition checks, preliminary safety and risk analysis • Support customer operations during shutdown, startup, running, and performance testing of turbine, generator, and auxiliary systems • Prepare, use, review, store, and deliver execution documentation including Field Procedures, Quality Procedures, EHS, and Customer Outage Reports • Use web systems applications for labor, tooling, vendor management, planning, allocation, preparation, and forecasting • Respond promptly to forced outages/emergencies, investigate and escalate site issues, and restore units to operating conditions • Support the Customer Service Leader with technical communication to customer staff during outage execution • Improve and optimize existing processes and identify simplification opportunities • Work holidays, weekends, and overtime as required by field assignments • Travel as required • Perform other duties supporting FieldCore’s vision and organizational values

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science/engineering or a High School Diploma / GED with 4 years of experience in power generation industry • Minimum of 8 years applicable experience and demonstrated success/knowledge on gas/steam turbine or generator maintenance (depending on needs) • Minimum of 3 years of specialized/industry experience of gas/steam turbine generator & auxiliary system outage planning and execution • English proficiency required • Strong Project Management and planning skills (Primavera scheduling tool preferred) • PC proficiency, web applications including advanced Excel skills • Able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization and external customers • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills and influencing skill • Strong technical and maintenance knowledge of gas/steam turbines and generators • Strong team leader in dynamic, energetic and complex customer site environments • Ability to work under high pressure and constraint time, committed and process oriented • Ability to work multiple project simultaneously and effectively in a cross-functional team • Ability to influence stakeholders to deliver customer and business needs • FEP graduate • Must have legal authorization to work in Canada • Successful completion of a background investigation
