📋 Description

• Develop and maintain systems, rules, and processes to ensure fulfillment of internal and external requirements • Ensure projects and products are capable of meeting specified standards through preventive quality practices • Interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services • Develop, implement, and monitor process mapping for quality improvement • Standardize processes, tools, and performance management systems • Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resources, risk, and complexity • Present business solutions to functional leaders • Communicate complex messages and negotiate internally and with external partners, vendors, or customers • Influence policy and operating guidelines • Evaluate information quality and investigate conflicting data using internal and external resources

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Quality & Business Process Management • For U.S.-based roles, Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in the relevant job family/function • For roles outside the USA, knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree, or high school diploma with relevant experience • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Legal authorization to work in the United States for this opening • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
