📋 Description

• Develop, implement, and monitor process mapping for quality improvement • Standardize processes, tools, and performance management systems • Develop and maintain Business Process Management Systems, including Quality Management Systems and Integrated Management Systems • Ensure projects and products meet specified internal and external standards • Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services • Apply industry trends to inform decision-making • Lead functional teams or projects with moderate resources, risk, and complexity • Present business solutions to functional leaders • Communicate complex messages and negotiate internally and with external partners, vendors, or customers • Influence policy and operating guidelines • Evaluate information quality and investigate conflicting data • Use internal and external resources across functions to support decisions • Attract and retain talent and manage medium to large teams • Own or influence budgets within a business unit, function, or P&L segment

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in Quality & Business Process Management for roles outside the USA • Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience, for roles outside the USA • Master's degree from an accredited university or college for roles in the USA, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s) • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Ability to analyze and resolve problems • Ability to lead programs/projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
