📋 Description

• Source and engage active and passive talent using advanced sourcing techniques • Build pipelines for hard-to-fill roles • Serve as a GE Vernova brand ambassador across social media and targeted talent channels • Assess candidates for technical fit, cultural alignment, and leadership potential • Translate candidate motivation into compelling career narratives • Manage end-to-end hiring processes across roles of varying complexity • Maintain accurate and timely Applicant Tracking System data for reporting integrity • Use market intelligence and recruitment metrics to optimize hiring strategy • Advise senior stakeholders and people leaders • Lead compensation discussions and complex offer negotiations • Promote equitable, candidate-centered recruitment processes • Apply Lean principles to identify process improvements • Track KPIs and participate in talent acquisition projects

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience in recruitment, HR, or talent attraction • Demonstrated experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, candidate assessment, complex offer management, and stakeholder advisory • Bilingual fluency in English and French, written and spoken • Preferred: Experience recruiting in field services, customer operations, renewable energy, or high-volume environments • Preferred: Ability to build, segment, and nurture passive candidate pipelines using a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) platform • Preferred: Experience with Workday or a comparable ATS • Preferred: Experience in both corporate and agency recruiting environments • Preferred: Prompt engineering skills for AI sourcing and screening tools
