📋 Description

• Build and maintain a scalable Acquisition Onboarding Playbook • Partner with the M&A team during due diligence to assess tools, culture, and skill gaps • Create project plans from Day 1 through Day 90 • Conduct needs assessments to identify skills and technology/process gaps • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance leads to design role-specific training • Facilitate or coordinate live training, webinars, and self-paced e-learning • Help acquired employees understand GFL’s values while respecting their original company heritage • Implement mentorship and buddy systems • Conduct pulse surveys and listening tours at 30, 60, and 90 days post-acquisition • Identify key talent and provide enhanced onboarding support to mitigate attrition risks

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Organization Development, L&D (Learning & Development), M&A Integration, or Project Management • Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders • Experience designing training materials or onboarding workflows for diverse audiences • Direct experience working on Post-Merger Integration (PMI) teams preferred • Experience in Waste Management preferred • High EQ and empathy • Ability to switch between high-level strategy and tactical execution • Ability to define KPIs for integration success • Travel expectations of 50 to 80 percent • Valid work authorization in the country where the job is located • No visa sponsorship provided
