📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and manage the sales pipeline • Develop and grow new and existing client relationships through excellent customer service • Drive new account growth via prospecting, sourcing, and account penetration • Utilize Salesforce for client prospecting and pipeline management • Navigate the TMS to manage account management, invoicing, and shipment tracking • Prospect for leads, including heavy cold-calling • Manage accounts, retain existing relationships, and grow share of business • Identify business opportunities for company services • Create quotations and sales proposals • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with urgency • Maintain and update accurate information in company operating systems

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of one year of industry experience in Logistics Brokerage • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Strong interpersonal skills and a dynamic personality • Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask • Legendary customer service skills • Work ethic second to none • Business-minded, with an ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment • Must be able to navigate the company's TMS • Pre-employment reference checks, background check, and drug screen are required
