📋 Description

• Translate vital records, legal documents, official certificates, and academic transcripts from Tagalog to English • Edit various types of documentation • Provide translation and/or editing services for a U.S. client • Accept assignments on an as-needed basis • Meet one-to-two-day deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a U.S. citizen • Must be willing to undergo a Tier 1 background investigation, including fingerprinting • Native speaker of Tagalog and near-native English • Bachelor’s degree in translation or an equivalent qualification • Minimum of two to five years of proven experience as a translator and/or editor • Reliable, able to meet deadlines, and highly productive • Team player with excellent communication skills • Equipped with up-to-date Windows software • Excellent formatting skills • Comfortable with one-to-two-day deadlines • Able to provide per-word rates for translations, editing, or both • Willing to accept assignments as needed
