📋 Description

• Work with an assigned Project Owner and Project Team and be responsible for the success of assigned projects • Work closely with various Departments and Senior Leaders • Use the Project Management process to initiate, plan and oversee project execution • Ensure proper communication to Home Office, clubs and other key stakeholders • Organize and host meetings with the Project Owner and Project Team • Oversee multiple projects simultaneously • Create and maintain project documentation, plans and reports • Provide clear objectives, meeting agendas, meeting notes and follow-up action items • Build strong working relationships and promote team engagement • Keep project teams on track and move projects forward • Work with the Project Owner to find alternative solutions when issues arise • Maintain a clear understanding of and control over the project lifecycle • Apply project management practices to ensure project success and consistency across the company

🎯 Requirements

• College diploma, University Degree or equivalent experience • PMP certification or equivalent certification required, or working towards PMP or other PM certification • 3-5 years’ experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects using project management best practices • Excellent understanding of the project management lifecycle • Knowledge of Agile and Traditional project management principles and practices • Ability to use a hybrid project management approach to fit the project and business environment • Knowledge and experience with Project and Portfolio Management Software and tools
