📋 Description

• Join an early high-growth team solving technical and customer problems • Partner with Sales to articulate Grafana’s value proposition, vision, and strategy • Own technical customer engagements and help close high-velocity opportunities • Deliver product and technical presentations to prospective and existing customers • Communicate with customers and internal teams to provide product and competitive feedback • Drive product conversations based on customer needs and problems • Enhance documentation, write blog posts, record videos, contribute knowledge-base articles, and create enablement materials

🎯 Requirements

• Ideally located in Canada • 5+ years of technical pre-sales experience, ideally with Open Source technologies or in the Metrics/Monitoring space • Strong judgment, collaboration, and leadership • Ability to work and collaborate with an international team in a remote-first environment • First-class written and oral communication skills • Ability to articulate the company value proposition and technical product advantages • Ability to solve technical challenges and create customer solutions • Technical mindset and desire to grow technically • Recent coding bootcamp graduate, or previous post-sales or engineering experience, welcomed • Self-motivated, proactive, and creative
