📋 Description

• Manage influencer portfolios and help creators grow their platform presence • Secure brand deals for creators • Scout and sign emerging and established influencers • Build and nurture partnerships with brands and agencies • Negotiate deals with brands and record labels • Develop content strategies for clients • Collaborate with internal teams on company strategy and talent roster expansion • Work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced remote environment • Help creators grow their audiences and monetize their content using in-house software and expertise

🎯 Requirements

• Familiarity with large social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram • Excellent communication and negotiation skills • Ability to work autonomously and drive your own agenda • Willingness to hustle to get the job done • Bonus: Experience with talent management, social media influencers, sales, or marketing agencies • Resume and cover letter detailing experience and qualifications
