📋 Description

• Support Grainger’s strategic vision by providing excellent customer service and helping customers manage inventory and operations • Service multiple customer locations on a designated route • Receive and stock purchased products at designated customer locations • Scan orders as inventory is depleted to maintain proper stocking levels • Ensure customer inventory locations have accurate labeling and quantities • Resolve customer problems promptly and accurately • Comply with Grainger and customer-facility safety and inspection requirements • Meet defined KPIs • Perform machine break/fix activities at customer sites • Plan and execute customer inventory projects • Collect accurate inventory data to support KeepStock implementation • Assist with staging, labeling, and organizing customer-site products • Complete product relocation and discontinuation processes • Travel as required • Perform assigned branch responsibilities • Identify additional product needs and generate new orders • Execute onsite service components of account strategies • Work with sales partners to improve customer experience and increase business

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED • Valid Driver's Licence required • 3+ years experience in customer service/selling (i.e., Retail / telephone / warehouse) environment • Self-motivated, with high energy and dedication to customer service and sales growth • Must be comfortable on daily use of technology • Ability to effectively collaborate with tact and diplomacy with internal and external customers and cross-functional partners • Demonstrated ability to apply strong judgment and independent problem-solving skills • Understanding of Grainger’s Core Value Proposition • Ability to handle various technical and operational issues • Ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Background checks and drug screening may be required • May be required to use a personal vehicle with valid insurance meeting Grainger’s standards • Ability to attend customer sites and adhere to applicable safety requirements and PPE rules
