📋 Description

• Execute complex transactions and overrides accurately, on time, and within established guidelines and SLAs • Refer or escalate processing and operational issues to appropriate functions or partners • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery • Analyze process drivers and root or systemic causes of cross-functional operational issues; interpret findings and make recommendations • Support inbound and outbound partner requests and perform authorized adjustments • Prioritize and complete workload to meet service and productivity SLAs • Maintain knowledge of internal and industry regulations, trends, emerging issues and risks • Support development and implementation of standards, policies, procedures and risk-mitigation solutions • Contribute to presentations and communications for management or broader audiences • Identify and manage risks and resolve escalated non-standard, high-risk issues • Support change management projects and document new processes • Lead and participate in process improvements and determine solutions supporting business growth • Participate as a team member and promote service, quality, innovation and teamwork • Build operations knowledge, share ideas and transfer knowledge across teams and partners • Provide training, coaching and guidance to team members • Participate in performance management, development and cross-training activities • Communicate relevant issues, project progress and day-to-day information • Act as a brand ambassador for TD internally and externally

🎯 Requirements

• Undergraduate degree/ college diploma preferred and/or 1+ year relevant experience • Advanced skills and expertise in a range of products and services, processes, procedures and systems • Solid knowledge of the business unit and operational functions for the business area supported • Knowledge of regulatory issues/requirements for jurisdictions supported • Understanding of internal and industry regulations and trends • Ability to work within moderately defined guidelines across multiple steps, systems, and jurisdictions • Ability to exercise judgement when recommending exceptions outside general practices or guidelines • Ability to identify and resolve issues within authority or escalate internally • Ability to manage confidential information • Ability to support change management projects or programs • Ability to provide training, coaching and/or guidance to others • Ability to adhere to Anti-Money Laundering and Business Continuity Management frameworks
