📋 Description

• Develop and execute strategic direct mail programs • Grow professional networks and broaden business reach • Serve as the Client Lead or Client Support depending on relationship • Ensure strategic quality, timeliness, and adherence to standards • Maintain and grow relationships with high-level clients • Manage and mentor client services staff • Conduct regular feedback sessions and formal performance reviews • Lead and support internal initiatives
