• Identify, engage and convert new target accounts for our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP solutions and related services. • Define and execute a 100% "hunting" prospecting strategy focused on mid-market and upper-mid-market segments. • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and organize consultative discovery meetings. • Contribute to the expansion of existing client accounts. • Work closely with the pre-sales team to develop demos and proposals aligned with prospects' business challenges. • Develop and manage consultants and partners to establish long-term relationships. • Manage the full sales cycle: from initial outreach to closing, including contract negotiation. • Maintain a pipeline 4–5× the annual target in the CRM (Dynamics 365 Sales). • Report weekly on the forecast, critical stages and risks. • Help position Groupe Conseil Era through networking, participation in industry events, webinars and content creation (articles, case studies).
• Proven mastery of complex B2B sales cycles (ERP, enterprise software, systems integration). • Demonstrated track record of acquiring new accounts ("hunter" mode). • Proven experience in value selling (business case, ROI, TCO). • Deep knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and its ecosystem. • Strong negotiation skills with C-level stakeholders and refined objection handling. • Ability to manage a complex pipeline, qualify opportunities and close strategic deals. • Proficient with Dynamics 365 Sales, advanced CRM features, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Teams. • Fluency in English and French is required, as we collaborate with clients across Canada. • Competitive, results-oriented mindset with a drive to exceed targets. • Resilience and tenacity in the face of rejection and long sales cycles. • Technological curiosity and rapid learning ability. • Collaborative spirit: share best practices and coordinate with marketing and delivery/operations. • Strong ethics and impeccable integrity.
