📋 Description

• Engage with prospects nationwide through phone and video meetings • Showcase GroupHEALTH employee benefits solutions • Exceed sales quotas • Communicate with Canadian business leaders about their employee benefits plans • Demonstrate superior GroupHEALTH solutions • Leverage qualified leads from the New Business Development team to create opportunities • Consistently close new business at or above quota • Educate and guide prospects through the decision-making process • Assess and understand prospects' business goals • Evaluate and improve employee benefits plans using GroupHEALTH tools • Create customized solutions that outperform existing plans • Hand prospects over to the Client Services team after agreement to proceed • Develop sales capabilities through hands-on prospecting with the BDR team

🎯 Requirements

• Located within British Columbia, Canada • 1-2 years of B2B sales experience • Experience in insurance or group benefits is a plus • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Quick thinker with a knack for technology • Experience in cold calling and lead generation • Familiarity with CRM systems is an asset • Bilingual in spoken and written French is an asset • Must study for and obtain the LLQP (Life License Qualification Program) license during onboarding
