📋 Description

• Create innovative, thought-provoking, and highly leveraged 'must-have insights' content • Develop new insights and ideas through thought leadership • Develop in-depth analysis to identify the root cause of a client’s barriers • Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing insights positions across a team of analysts • Research, analyze and predict market trends and shifts • Provide clients and prospects with actionable advice • Create and deliver high-value presentation materials • Provide sales support serving as voice of the market • Build credibility as an industry expert • Participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions • Mentor and coach junior team members • Be client-centric while seeking to help clients engage regularly

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; Graduate degree preferred • 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience • Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technologies, use cases, and best practices for implementation, integration, and automation • Experience with several leading CRM vendors • Proficiency with managing complex CRM programs • Knowledge of AI CRM application strategies and technology trends • Strong organizational skills; ability to work under tight deadlines • Demonstrate excellence in research and writing ability • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills • Proficient in analyzing and synthesizing data • Subject matter expert comfortable presenting at large and small-scale speaking engagements • Strong business and financial acumen • Deep knowledge of the global and competitive landscape within subject area • Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
