📋 Description

• Telephonically address client concerns by conducting clinical intakes and referring clients to appropriate resources, such as therapists or counselors. • Ensure adherence to departmental protocols, best practices, and customer requirements. • Resolve issues and identify resources using critical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Educate clients about resources, eligibility, and services. • Maintain complete and accurate case documentation in the proprietary database. • Monitor emerging behavioral health trends and best practices. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure continuity of care and alignment with client-specific service expectations. • Perform other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• French bilingual language fluency is 100% required. • Minimum of Master's in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a Behavioral Heath field. • Superior active listening skills and a demonstrated ability to be empathetic to all client concerns. • Outstanding customer service skills. • Clinical assessment experience in mental health, chemical dependency and crisis stabilization. • Sound clinical judgment and critical thinking skills in order to resolve client issues effectively. • Experience working with clients in crisis. • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task. • Excellent organizational skills, highly self-motivated, and dependable. • Stable work history required. • Intermediate computer skills.
