📋 Description

• Respond to travel agents’ reservation inquiries to achieve sales targets and contribute to call center KPIs • Answer calls and emails in a timely, courteous, and professional manner • Provide excellent customer service • Use active selling skills to close sales • Process bookings accurately and thoroughly • Consistently meet individual performance targets • Sell complete multi-destination packages and à la carte products • Follow up on files and payments with suppliers and travel agents

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in French and English (spoken and written) • 1-2 years of experience with Groups is an asset • Excellent communication skills in French and English • Travel/Tourism school diploma or equivalent related travel industry experience • Passion for sales and a desire to always excel • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Professionalism and patience • Team player but able to work autonomously • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines • Knowledge of the travel industry • Microsoft Office Word and Excel • Ability to learn new software • Knowledge of Sabre is an asset • Availability Monday to Friday, 9:00 am–5:00 pm EST, 37.5 hours per week
