📋 Description

• Drive strategy, requirements, prioritization, and roadmap for modernizing the leave experience • Own and manage the product backlog, including writing detailed stories, mitigating risk, prioritizing effectively, and unblocking the team • Synthesize market needs into product requirements and align leadership on roadmap prioritization and business value • Adopt AI for research, requirements, and prototyping, and leverage AI and automation to reduce operational friction and improve the customer journey • Lead workshops and cross-functional exercises to explore product opportunities and validate assumptions through rapid experimentation • Articulate product vision and inspire cross-functional teams around measurable product outcomes • Own the business-unit product roadmap and execute it with engineering and design teams • Enable customer-facing teams with product knowledge, go-to-market direction, and competitive positioning • Engage with customers and provide product thought leadership supporting product development, customer success, and business development • Report to the Product Lead • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management required • Experience in HR tech, leave/absence management, or digital health strongly preferred • Deep technical acumen • Ability to partner with Engineering and Design on complex workflow and data systems and modern front-end experiences • Experience writing detailed stories, managing and prioritizing backlog health, and delivering with cross-functional teams • Analytical and data-driven problem-solving approach • Track record of defining and measuring success through clear business metrics • Experience working in an agile development environment • Strong understanding of sequencing incremental value delivery • Ability to drive initiatives forward with influence • Collaborative working style and confidence navigating ambiguity • Consistent and reliable high-speed internet • Workspace free from distraction, disruption, or noise • Ability to be present on camera during work-related trainings, meetings, and/or events • Ability to sit or stand at a desk for prolonged periods while working on a computer
